Swept Away is a haunting tale of redemption after experiencing life and death at sea, featuring the music of the Avett Brothers and STMA Theater's first all-male cast!

The musical is based on the landmark English criminal case Queen v Dudley and Stephens, involving the events of the Mignonette ship in 1884, which inspired the Avett Brothers' 2004 album Mignonette.
